I have had my solar system shut down since mid June because of a safety problem with Suntech solar panels.
I received the safety issue information from Applied Solar Service Center(855-498-9441) along with a monetary reimbursement for the loss of my ability to generate residential power. Can you enlighten me in regards to why it happened and when/if the situation will be involved?

    Thanks, Rich
